Our Services
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:
- Work begins after payment or deposit is received
- Deliverables are defined in your project proposal
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client input, third-party platforms, or scope adjustments
Your Responsibilities as a Client
Clients must provide accurate information, give timely feedback and approvals, nominate a primary decision-maker, and inform Orbitiq Media of changes that may affect the project. Delays caused by clients do not create liability for Orbitiq Media.

- Give timely feedback, approvals, and platform access
- Nominate a primary contact for decisions and approvals
- Inform us promptly of changes affecting the project
Payment Terms
- Fees are agreed in writing in your project proposal or service agreement
- Standard projects: 50% deposit upfront, 50% on delivery
- Monthly retainers: invoiced in advance each billing period
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue — unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Late payment may result in suspension of active services
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Local taxes in your jurisdiction are your responsibility
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins
- If we fail to deliver agreed services, a remedy or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds for organic outcomes — rankings, traffic, and leads depend on factors outside our control
Intellectual Property
After full payment, custom deliverables become the client’s property. Orbitiq Media retains the right to reference completed work in our portfolio. Internal frameworks and processes remain our property. Third-party assets remain under their own licenses.
- Paid, completed deliverables transfer to you as the client
- Orbitiq Media may feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
- Our internal templates, processes, and frameworks remain our property
- Third-party assets — plugins, stock images — stay under their own licenses and are not transferred
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s sensitive business information confidential for 2 years after the engagement ends.
This does not apply to information that is already publicly available or that either party develops independently without referencing the confidential information.
SEO and Digital Marketing Results Disclaimer
Orbitiq Media cannot guarantee specific search rankings, organic traffic, or lead volumes. These depend on algorithm updates, competition, website health, and client-side implementation — factors outside our direct control. We apply professional expertise and current best practices.
Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim
- We are not liable for indirect losses — revenue loss, data loss, or reputational damage
- We are not liable for losses caused by algorithm changes, platform policy updates, or third-party service failures
Indemnification
You agree to hold Orbitiq Media harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services in breach of these terms, materials you provide to us, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement with 30 days written notice, or as specified in your signed agreement.
On termination:
- Fees for work completed to the termination date remain payable
- We transfer all deliverables that are completed and fully paid for
- Access to shared tools and accounts is revoked within 7 business days
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
We aim to operate in good faith with consumer protection standards relevant to clients in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
